Overview
This training focuses on using the Tiandy mobile app to view and manage cameras and NVRs remotely using P2P access. Participants will learn how to add devices using QR code, manage live view, playback, and receive alerts on mobile devices.
The course also covers common troubleshooting steps to fix connection issues, offline devices, and network problems. This training is ideal for end users, installers, and support teams who need simple, reliable mobile surveillance.
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Download and install the Tiandy mobile app (iOS/Android)
- Create a user account and log in securely
- Scan QR codes to add IP cameras or NVRs via P2P
- View live video, play back recordings, and take snapshots
- Understand basic mobile app settings: resolution, audio, PTZ, etc.
