Overview
This training is designed for beginners and intermediate technicians who work with Tiandy NVRs (Network Video Recorders) and network switches. It explains how to install, connect, and operate Tiandy NVRs and PoE switches to build a complete CCTV system.
Participants will learn how to connect IP cameras to the NVR, use a switch to expand the system, set recording schedules, and view live or recorded video. The training also includes basic troubleshooting and network setup tips.
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Understand the role of NVRs and switches in a CCTV system
- Install and power up Tiandy NVRs and PoE switches
- Connect IP cameras directly or through a switch
- Set up the NVR: time, language, password, storage, and display settings
- Add and manage cameras
- Set recording modes (continuous, motion, schedule)
- View live and recorded video on monitor, PC, or mobile app
- Solve common issues like no video, IP conflict, or camera not found
